Point is not that what Iqbal wrote from satanic perspective, and though a great poet, he was a pan-islamist and his worldview was confused and at worst inhumanly insensitive and even cruel. He praised ilamdin's crime and cultivated British favours by not speaking a word against jalianwala bagh carnage while Tagore returned his knighthood.

Its so amazing to see that There are two tall figure in pakistan, one is Allama Iqbal and rhe other one Jinnah and both betrayed their people. Allam gave muslims fantasy world of islam through his poetry and Jinnah gave them hope of jannati life by dividing the great nation called india.
And even after so much of suffering, some fools still have some faith in them there.

We r trying to cover various issues which Iqbal proposed. Do have a look rest countries, nations, regions do see economic and social downfall. Just look at today's Athens. Can we believe it's same place where Plato walked once. No one talks philosophy anymore.

Your comments betray your lack of knowledge of both Iqbal's poetry and of history of the division of India. Allama's poetry is not about Islam and Jinnah was not for partition. Read up before commenting with your superficial knowledge.

Hypocrisy of the West & Nobel committee.
Allama Mohammed Iqbal one of the greatest poet was not given Nobel Prize, but gave Rabindranath Tagore Noble prize. Rabindranath was an Hindutava ideologue & wrote all poem based on Hindu mythology.
Rabindranath Tagore wrote hateful verses against Christians & Muslims. Allama Iqbal wrote in appreciation of Science.
There are two religions in earth, which have distinct enmity against all other religions. These two are Christianity and Islam. They are not just satisfied with observing their own religions, but are determined to destroy all other religions. That’s why the only way to make peace with them is to embrace their religions.” - Tagore, Vol. 24 page 375, Vishwa Bharti; 1982.
Rabindranath Tagore was illiterate and never had any formal education whereas Allama Iqbal was a graduate from Cambridge University & PHD from University of Munich.
Allama Iqbal was awarded Knighthood whereas Rabindranath Tagore refused to accept Knighthood, thus Insulting the British.
Allama Iqbal who wrote poems on Einstein, were never invited by Einstein. Whereas Rabindranath Tagore who opposed Einstein's scientific views based on his absurd Hindu philosophy was invited.
It reflects the hypocrisy of the west.
Allah SWT warned us in the Holy Quran Surah Al-Ma'idah - 51
O you who believe, do not take the Jews and the Christians as friends/allies. They are friends/allied to each other.
Whoever takes them as friends/allies is one of them. Surely, Allah does not take the unjust people to the right path.
Why did Tagore refuse Knighthood ?

The science of philosophy and its study stands meaningless and hollow in front of hedonism. And hedonism can only be rejected by the Qura'an and the sunnah. Although philosophy and concepts like "who am I" or "discovering your innerself" or "khudi" tickle your brain and fulfil the curiosity of your brain (by not answering the question but by putting you in the endless journey of searching the answers), it does not give you any tangible tranquility but gives you the mere illusion of searching for a higher truth. I would love to be disproved and I'd love for me to be the advocate for philosophy as I was before, but the arguments against it are just too strong. Khurram sahab please guide.

It isn't Iqbal's mediocre couplet that Pervaiz SB quoted. However,, Pervaiz definitely didn't understand it beyond the superficial level.... On the other hand, your criticism about teaching physics at mteric or intermediate and it's output is unjustified. The books are totally outdated, the examination system is horrible, and most importantly we don't have teachers capable of teaching sciences.
Then why do the secularists or liberals continue to attack, Pakistan is not growing due to religion. Actually the fault is in their own education system.

اقبال نے جواب شکوہ الله بن کر لکھی تھی. کیا اسلام میں الله بن کر لکھنا شرک نہیں ہے اقبال نے جواب شکوہ میں کہا تھا،
کی محمد سے وفا تو نے تو ہم تیرے ہیں . اس میں " ہم" کون ہے ؟ علامہ اقبال ہیں ؟ نہیں اس میں " ہم " الله ہے. علامہ اقبال نے الله بن کر یہ شیر لکھا تھا
الله اقبال یہ بھی تو کہ سکتےتھے کے " کی محمد سے وفا تو نے تو وہ تیرا ہے " الله بن کر لکھنے کی کیا ضرورت تھی
کیا یہ اسلام میں جائز ہے ؟ پوری جواب شکوہ میں اقبال نے ہم اور میں کا صیغہ الله کے لئے استعمال کرا ہے ،
کبھی لکھا ہے " میرے کعبے کو جبینوں سے بسا یا کس نے ، میرے قرآن کو سینوں سے لگایا کس نے "
پوری دنیا میں آج تک صرف دو کتابیں ایسی ہیں جس میں الله کے لئے میں اور ہم کا صیغہ استعمال ہووا ہے ایک قرآن شریف ہے اور دوسری جواب شکوہ ہے
آپ کسی بھی عالم سے پوچھ لیں کےکیا آپ الله بن کر شاعری کر سکتے ہیں ؟ قیامت والے دن الله آپ سے پوچھے گا کےایک ایسے شاعر جس نے الله کو " ہم کہ کر شاعری کری ،آپ نے اس کو کیوں برا نہیں جانا توہ آپ کیا کہیں گے ؟
الله مجھے معاف کرے، میں جواب شکوہ کی طرز پر ایک شیر لکھتا ہوں
اگر آج کوئی یہ شیر کہ دے کے " مان لو میرے بھیجے ہووے نبی محمد کی بات "
مان لو میرا بھیجا ہوا قرآن ہے تمھارے لئے ہدایت
تو کیا یہ شرک نہیں ہوگا . کوئی بھی الله بن کر شیر نہیں لکھ سکتا
الله معاف کرے آپ کو سمجھانے کے لئے میں نے یہ شیر لکھا میں سوچ بھی نہیں سکتا کے علامہ اقبال کی طَرَح الله بن کر شیر لکھوں
